One trusted team, from the roof to the drain

Clear Flow Drainage Care was created to give property owners one team for the whole path water takes across a property: drainage and water flow, roof and gutter care, exterior cleaning and preventative maintenance. Work that usually means four contractors and four explanations, handled by one crew that has seen the whole system.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND IT

A division of Fielder Companies

Clear Flow Drainage Care is a division of Fielder Companies, built on decades of experience caring for and protecting North Florida properties. After years of solving drainage, water-management and exterior property issues through Fielder, we saw the need for a dedicated team focused specifically on these services.

Clear Flow was created to bring that expertise together under one specialized division: protecting properties from roof to drain. The crews, the trucks and the equipment came from Fielder Landscapes, the Tallahassee company behind the name, so a Clear Flow crew can read a yard, a roofline and a drain outlet as one problem.

CLEAR FLOW TODAY

Water problems rarely start where they show up

A stain on the roof, a gutter that overflows and a puddle that never drains are often the same failure at three points along one path. Most property owners end up hiring a gutter crew, a pressure washing company, a drainage contractor and someone for the buried line once it backs up, and nobody is looking at the whole system.

Clear Flow was built to be that one team. The crews clean the roof, clear the gutters, flush the downspouts, jet and camera the underground lines and confirm the discharge, so a diagnosis can follow the water instead of stopping at the edge of one trade.

  • Canyon Swisher, Clear Flow service specialist, in a Clear Flow polo and Fielder cap

    Service Specialist

    Canyon Swisher

Canyon was born and raised in Tallahassee, and he joined Clear Flow to be part of a team that could grow together and build something from the start. On a job he works across the whole path: drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, roof and gutter maintenance, exterior cleaning and general property maintenance. He is still adding to that list, learning new equipment on every project.

He believes good service starts with listening: understanding what the customer is worried about, giving a straight recommendation, and working toward the fix that suits the property rather than the one that is easiest to sell. The part of the job he rates highest is a homeowner's reaction when the work is finished and they can see the difference. Outside work he fishes and gets to the beach when he can.

His goal on every visit:“Deliver quality workmanship, treat every property with respect, and leave customers feeling confident they made the right choice by calling Clear Flow.”
