Who these terms are between
They are between you, as a visitor to this website, and Clear Flow Drainage Care, a division of Fielder Companies, serving Tallahassee and Leon County, Florida. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this website is for
It describes the drainage, roof, gutter and exterior cleaning services we offer, and it gives you a way to get in touch. It is information, not an offer capable of being accepted, and nothing on it forms a contract by itself.
Estimates and prices
Any figure discussed before we have seen the property is an indication, not a quote. Drainage work is the clearest example of why: until a camera has been down the line, nobody can honestly tell you whether it is a cleaning, a repair, or a replacement. We would rather scope a job properly than fast.
A binding price is one we have given you in writing, for a defined scope, after an inspection. Estimates are free.
Keeping the information accurate
We work to keep the descriptions, service areas and guidance on this site correct and current. We cannot promise it is complete or error-free at every moment, and general guidance about drainage cannot account for what is actually happening at your property. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call and ask us about your specific situation.
Our brand, photographs and words
The Clear Flow name and logo, the text on these pages, and the photographs of our crews, equipment and completed work belong to us or to Fielder Companies. Please do not copy them for use on another contractor's website or marketing.

Limits on our responsibility
