Privacy Policy
Clear Flow Drainage Care runs no advertising trackers on this website. With your permission, and only with it, we use Google Analytics to count visits. This page explains what that means in practice, what we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.

The short version
There is no Meta pixel, no advertising tag, no session recorder and no chat widget on this website. The one third-party tool is Google Analytics, and it does not load unless you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you reject it, or never answer, no third party receives a record of your visit from us.
Apart from those visit statistics, the only information we hold about you is what you choose to tell us when you get in touch: your name, phone number, address and a description of your drainage problem. We use it to quote and do the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
What this website collects on its own
Without your permission, almost nothing. The pages are static files, and our fonts are stored on our own server rather than loaded from Google.
If you accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics records which pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), the kind of device and browser you use, how you arrived, and whether you sent an estimate request. It does not receive what you type into the form. We use these numbers to see which pages help people and which do not. Google processes them under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy.
Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider, and that provider keeps standard server logs: the page requested, the time, the browser type and the IP address the request came from. These are ordinary operational records used to serve the site and to spot abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Cookies and browser storage
We set no advertising cookies. If you accept on the cookie notice, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell a returning visit from a new one. If you reject, none are set. Either way, your browser stores a single entry recording which you chose and when, so that we do not ask again on every page. That entry stays on your device and is never sent to us.
You can change your answer at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
Analytics does not load unless and until you accept it, and switching it off stops it for the rest of your visit. That is enforced in the code, not just promised here.
What we collect when you contact us
When you call or text 850-919-FLOW, or send the estimate form, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us. The form also asks for your name and address, and optionally an email address, to which we send one confirmation. To quote a job we usually need the property address, a description of what the water is doing, and a way to reach the work area. Many customers send photos or a short video, which helps us triage before rolling a truck.
We use that information to answer you, to prepare an estimate, to do the work, and to keep a record of the job afterwards so we know the property's history if you call again.
What we never do with it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not use it to target ads to you anywhere.
We will not add you to a marketing list because you called us about a blocked drain. If we ever want to send you something you did not ask for, we will ask first.
Who else may see your information
Our hosting provider, who serves the website and keeps the server logs described above. Our email provider, which delivers estimate requests to our inbox and the confirmation to you. Google, for visit statistics, if you accepted analytics. Your own phone carrier and ours, who carry calls and text messages the same way they do for any phone number.
Beyond that, only the people at Clear Flow who need it to quote or do your job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it (a court order, for example) or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with the property and for a reasonable period afterwards, because drainage problems recur and the history matters. Enquiries that never became jobs are not kept indefinitely.
If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, call or text and ask. We will tell you if there is any part we have to keep, and why.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the link in the footer. None of these requests will affect the service you get from us.
The quickest route for any of them is to call or text 850-919-FLOW and say what you want.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything else to this website that collects information (an embedded map, another analytics or advertising tool), we will update this page at the same time, and change the date at the top. We will not add a tracker first and document it later.
How to reach us about privacy
Call or text 850-919-FLOW and say it is about privacy, and it will reach the right person. We serve Tallahassee and Leon County, Florida.
Questions about any of this? Call or text 850-919-FLOW. You can also read our terms of use, or get in touch about a drainage problem.
